We are looking for a highly driven and analytical CEO/CFO Operations Associate to support our executive team while completing your final year of studies. This role is ideal for a high‑performing student at a tier 1 university, currently in the last year of an engineering or business/economics program, who wants hands‑on experience working directly with senior leadership.

You will work closely with both the CEO and CFO, supporting strategic, financial, and operational initiatives. The role requires on-site presence at our office in Stockholm several days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and CFO with operational and strategic tasks

• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting follow-ups, and reporting

• Gather, structure, and analyze data to support executive decision-making

• Prepare materials for leadership meetings and board presentations

• Lead smaller internal projects and initiatives

• Drive process improvements and workflow optimization

• Perform a variety of ad hoc tasks related to finance, operations, and strategy

Requirements

Education & Availability

• Currently in the final year at a tier 1 university

• Studying Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering & Management) or Business/Economics

• Able to work on-site on Kungsholmen several days per week

• Fluent in English and Swedish (both spoken and written)
